Delivery in Ottawa
A delivery fee applies for all gifts. For gifts within Ottawa destined to houses and businesses are delivered by courier. Gifts to Ottawa apartment buildings are done by Canada Post using their Expedited Parcel service. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. Delays due to extreme weather condition may occur and are out of our control.
Delivery to Ontario & Quebec
All gift deliveries are done by Canada Post using their Expedited Parcel service. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. Delays due to extreme weather condition may occur and are out of our control.
Delivery in Canada
A delivery fee based on destination applies for all deliveries. Gifts are sent using Canada Post's Expedited Parcel. Please allow 3-8 business days for delivery within Canada based on the destination. Delays due to extreme weather condition may occur and are out of our control.
Express Delivery in Canada
Express delivery is available for a fee based on the destination. Canada Post typically offers delivery within 1-2 business days to most major Canadian city.
Same Day Delivery in Ottawa
Due to high volume, same day delivery is currently unavailable.
Liquor Gift Delivery
When gifts only include liquor, the following delivery fees apply.
Single bottles of liquor are subject to a $25 liquor delivery fee which includes packaging and a gift note.
Must be of legal drinking age to purchase or receive alcohol.
Address Correction
A fee of $15 applies to correct wrong or incomplete addresses.
Return to Sender
Fees charged by Canada Post to return gifts that could not be delivered due to wrong addressing information or were left unclaimed by the recipient will be passed on to the sender.
US Destinations
U.S. shipping is available for a fee based on destination. Delivery is around 4-6 business days using Canada Post's Expedited USA service. Please note that we cannot guaranty a specific arrival date.
International Destinations
International shipping is available for a fee based on destination. We offer Surface Service for delivery in approximately 3 to 5 weeks. Canada Post's Surface Service is offered without tracking information. Please note that we cannot guaranty a specific arrival date. Please note that due to import restrictions in most countries, we cannot ship cheese, meat or alcohol to US or international destinations. Also note that duties and taxes may be imposed by the receiving country. Please verify the import regulations of the destination country for more information.
