Pondview Lot 74 Chardonnay Riesling Gewurtraminer - This lively wine brings forward crisp green apples, tropical fruit, mango and tangerine on the nose then dances onto the palate with these fun and fresh flavours balanced perfectly with a crisp, clean finish. 750 mL bottle. Soeur Angèle Cheese - A prize winning double cream cheese made with cow’s and goat’s milk and a dash of cream. It has a fresh mushroom aroma, combined with the taste of goat’s milk and cream. Sœur Angèle has a melt-in-your-mouth to runny texture with a very soft core. An ideal pair for the Lot 74.
Henry of Pelham Rosé - Color of light strawberry with aromas of red berry and cherry skins. Flavors of red berry, cherry with a dry fresh finish. 750 mL bottle. Alcohol/Vol 11.5%. Ontario, Canada.
Mont Saint-Benoît - Marked with little round holes called “eyes,” the interior of this rindless cheese is firm but supple and elastic. It is made of whole pasteurized milk by Benedictine monks from l'Abbaye de Saint-Benoît-du-Lac and has a hazelnut aroma with light notes of fermentation typical of Swiss cheeses. Like the charming countryside where it is made, the mild, lightly salty hazelnut and butter flavour of this cheese will win you over. Pairs well with Henry of Pelham Rosé.
Pelee Island Cabernet Sauvignon - Cabernet Sauvignon is often referred to as the "King of Red Wine Grapes". They are among the most widely grown, widely known,
and widely enjoyed grapes for red wine. Medium ruby red colour. This wine is full-bodied and characterized by plum, cherry, blackberry, vanilla and tobacco flavours. 750 mL bottle. Alcohol/Vol 13.0%. Ontario, Canada.
Le St-Charles - St-Charles is a two-year-aged cheddar that has been steeped in an artisanal wine of little fruits. Pairs well with Pelee Island Cabernet Sauvignon.
